Raw Food Promotes Healing

A raw food cleanse allows you to gain back energy, vibrancy, and happiness. Raw food can release you from addictive foods, reduce the burden on your internal environment, and give you better focus. You may be wondering, just how does raw food do all that? It comes down to two simple things: oxygen and water. Two of life's most essential components are stored in raw food. The recipe below is a refreshing meal that will provide your body with vital nutrients, oxygen, and water. The “zoodles” or spiralized zucchini are much lighter than traditional noodles, and the mango avocado dressing is heavenly-tasting, creamy goodness.

Zoodles with Mango Avocado Dressing


Makes 1 serving | Prep Time 10 minutes

Spiralized zucchini noodles drizzled with mango avocado dressing.


Ingredients

4 medium zucchini
1 cup broccoli
1-2 mangos
1 avocado
5 green onions
1 lime

Directions

Spiralize zucchini and save the ends (for the sauce).

Add 1 mango and 1 avocado into blender with ends of zucchini and juice of 1 lime. Blend well!

Pour sauce over zucchini noodles.

Then, chop up broccoli and mince green onion.

Add these into bowl of zoodles and mix everything together!
